A big part of my self care is sometimes spending the day in bed. I used to force myself to get up but couldn't accomplish anything except feeling miserable about myself. Now, I realize these days are just something my body needs, like it needs food and water.
I am totally the same way Hidden Some days, I just want to stay in bed and watch tv and not do anything else; I just want to relax and do nothing else.
Jesmcd2 I have a ToDo list and somedays (or weeks) the list never changes. But it's there, and when I have the energy, a few things get done. I also try and do as much of my quilting as I can but this year, I have yet to complete one quilt! Oh dear, there is always tomorrow...
