I read, then bought "Facing the Cognitive Challenges of Multiple Sclerosis" by Jeffrey Gingold. I was so reassured by his experiences that I also bought another one of his called "Mental Sharpening Stones". I have not read that one yet. I just got them yesterday. The 1st one I got at the library and wanted to highlight it so I'm going to go through My copy and get those places highlighted. Then, highlighter in hand, I will read the 2nd one. Someone on this site recommended it and, fearing it would be dry, I got it from the library. It was Not dry and really good! I wish I could remember who it was that told me about it.
