Another beautiful Sunday

Another Beautiful Sunday, birds chirping blue skies very little traffic and a slight breeze just enough to move the air. All in all I might say it is a good day to be alive. No, I will it is a grate day to be alive. Alive and not hurting to much. Pain reminds me that I am alive, but to much in my opinion so not great. My bags are backed, soon to return home I should have gone via Hawaii but I wanted to travel on the Boeing 787 so via Vancouver, really out of the way but you do what you gotta I guess. A few more weeks to go so I should repack two or three more times. I am like that. Coming over I was packed six months in advance, just to be ready.

Beyond my adventures lets talk about “YOU” again. I noticed that there are new members on the board. Let me personally say G’day (HELLO) and welcome “YOU” to the family. Lots of sisters here somewhat fewer brothers. Not many board certified neurologists (neuros) so many different opinions. I highly recommend that “YOU” are sceptical and research when anyone tells “YOU” something, myself included. They may be inadvertently wrong or just plain* ******, so check out what they say and part with your money very hesitantly. Remember that nobody alive has ever been cured of this condition. Treated most certainly but cured, I know of none, but feel free to search as much as “YOU: want. I did so it is probably normal. A doctor tells “YOU” that “YOU” have an incurable chronic progressive illness of course “YOU” are going to look for a cure, we all are.

Having said that, cheer up. It is not the end of the world, or all bad. Relapsing Remitting ms (RRms) can be lived with, and lived well with. “YOU” are not going to die and wheelchairs and scooters can be a lot of fun. Unfortunately “YOU” may end up divorced and lose friends. The numbers are pretty sad. Of all the people I have known I have a very few I would call friends, and most of them are online, here in fact. That is just the way life is, just the way life is. To be mourned over sad about, but to be gotten over and just to be remembered. Make yourself a brighter future. RRms is nothing but the end of a part of your life. “YOU” have a very long way to go. Start thinking of how “YOU” would like your bright future to be.

Royce

There are a lot of years ahead of "YOU", so make them great ones
