Owls - good to see them around

I've always heard Owls hooting in my neighborhood but in past weeks it switched to loud screeching.

Sure enough, a family settled in the owl box that my neighbor placed in front of her house many years ago. I took a couple of pictures (I'm not very good at it). So here it is. When I approached the tree, the one on the left, who looked like a baby, screeched so loud, probably telling me that I was not welcome.

Next project will be an owl box by my house. I'm fascinated by these birds.
