Baby barn owl

It's spring and a lot of baby owl rescues. I'm volunteering at the baby (owl) shower event the 2nd week of May.

I love birds, I would really enjoy doing something like that. I would probably get too attached.. I don't know how I changed the print on my pc.. Hope it goes back to regular.

Yeh there are a few adorable Eastern Screech Owls I'd like to put in my backpack and take home 😊

Last week there was a pitiful (but lovable looking) osprey who charred his feathers flying too close to a smoke stack--charred feathers sticking every which way. I'm told he will be fine once his new feathers grow back in.

They are such cool-looking creatures! I love the sounds of the owls at night. I'm glad you're doing well and can be right there to enjoy those awesome birds.

We have a pair of doves in our back yard trees. I love their cooing.

CalfeeChick , I love the dulcet tones of most birds, but you should hear our guinea fowl! Atrocious, but effective.

Well we don't play the usual baby shower games of guess what's in the diaper 😂💩

Actually it's a free event for the public with raffles and education and I'm sure to encourage donations 😊
