whoopie! I get to go to an auction its been awhile since I've been to 1. Most of them are very loud & that it hurts my ears then I get a bad head ache. but 'Napoleon' is not so loud. That's the one I like to go.

kycmary Oh my, the memories you bring back! When we lived in Delaware, we went to auctions in Pennsylvania on so many rainy Saturday mornings. Though that was nearly 50 years ago, many of the linens, dishes, and a few pieces of furniture are still with me. Nothing fancy or rare, but each old chair or bowl has a story to tell if I listen closely.
Have a great time! We used to enjoy auctions, but that seems a long time ago. It's actually nice to have a smaller house, so hubby has scaled back!

Fun! I love auctions! There was one around the corner from me about a month ago. My daughter's girlfriend keeps borrowing her bike as she doesn't have one. I got TWO for only $6. My husband is cleaning it up and we're getting a bike lock for his so my daughter and her friend can ride together! Love it!
