Bottom lip ulcers

I recently been getting tiny little white lesions on my bottom lip there not painful at all just weird want to know if anyone has experienced this? not sure what’s causing them I’m on Ocrevus and had my last half infusion on April 14. Never had them before infusion.

You may want to call your neurologist. My neurologist said that he has had two people on ocrevus that contracted non respiratory infections. I can't remember the names of the infections.

jimeka Thrush is my thought as well. Horse714 Please see your primary care doctor for a diagnosis. When your immune response is compromised, yeasts can be unwelcome and opportunistic invaders.

Horse714 I have been on Ocrevus for 2 years. I have had no reactions including no skin ulcers. Call your Dr. just in case.

I am not a doctor, but this sounds like herpes to me. For that reason, my neuro puts me on Acyclovir for 3 months after every Ocrevus infusion.

Well I want you to know I am also on ocrevus and I have never had any thing like that happen to me. But if you think there is something to that I would ask your doctor and the Nurse’s because they won’t have that information.

they are resolving, perhaps I just injured the areaunknowingly or ate something spicy in any event it’s pretty much gone.
