Cough/Resp Infection

Has anyone had bronchitis or pneumonia on Ocrevus? I'm seeing a doctor today but I went to a walk in clinic on Saturday and they didn't do anything for me. Should I start on antibiotics regardless if it's viral or not? How did you all get over your first Illness since being on Ocrevus?

I am not on Ocrevus,but I had pneumonia two years ago and they usually start you on antibiotics right away and bronchitis. Hope you get feeling better soon 👍🙏😉. Ken 🐾🐾

Hi!

I had my first full infusion on April 10 and this morning is my third day of a sore throat and I feel it going in my chest today.

So I’ll call the doctor today. Is it related ? Who knows.

I also visited a friend in the hospital last Saturday. Enough said after that?

I’m sorry you haven’t been feeling well! My second half dose was in March and I keep catching little viruses but nothing serious. Hopefully your doctor will run some bloodwork to see if you need antibiotics.

Viruses don't get helped by antibiotics. I hope you get to feeling better soon!
