How do you signout or exit a session?

I just click on some thing else or close out & turn off my computer

Click on your avatar/profile pciture at the top right of the screen (or the funny smilie face if you don't have an avatar) and a drop down menu will appear and at the bottom of this is the Log Out option - this is for a computer - I don't know if the same stuff appears if you are using a smartphone to access the site. If you don't log out then the site keeps you logged in but I don't know if there is an automatic timeout setting or how long it is if there is one

I think there is an auto log out because I don't usually sign out and have to log back in the next day.
