Hi everyone my nickname is Nap because my family finds me napping all the time😂

But I'm here because I too have MS and it's affected me physically, but almost mentally. The pain, anxiety and depression has been tough, but I'm a survivor and keep pushing daily. Compliance with my meds help too!

I want to say to everyone... stay strong and never give in! I've always believed that my MS diagnosis has been a stepping stone, not a road block!
