It Wasn't So Bad and Thank You for the Prayers!

Friday February 8th - was the "Big Day." The Endovenous Ablation procedure to close off a problem vein by using a heat source was successful thank God. Yes, I was terrified because they wouldn't put me to sleep!!! My doctor assured me that it wasn't necessary, I had mild sedation and numbing cream on my right leg. I told him live in our world (3) injections per week (some of us 7 ). he would opt to be knocked out too! Overall, besides, the uncomfortable "Compression Stocking" (so not sexy)..my steps will be much better.

I had poor circulation in my right leg; my weakest because of MS. Poor blood circulation (especially in woman) is the leading cause of stroke. It's a ticking time bomb when you're physically fit have MS but blood is not flowing properly to major organs. Google PAD disease and vascular health.

Hi Kitsey, thank you so much This compression stocking is no fun, but only 1-2 weeks. I'll need it only thereafter when flying or long car rides.
