Erash sweety, they are color cooridinated, plastic, sparkly half beeds & ya place them on a sticky numbered/ lettered canvas, w/a cute sticky(glue) pen (& a sqare of glue comes w/it) usually. They R-soothing & relaxing & helps our minds & focus, even helps tremors, cuz ur focusing so much, that u don't tremor as much...even if ya do, u can slide them into their right place.💙😘😄love Ya!---Jazzy 🌹💜

Thanks! For the explanation. It definitely gives me even more appreciation for the beauty and detail of this art form. My fine motor function is crappy and I’m not sure I wouldn’t become very frustrated with Diamond Art and quickly toss my futile efforts in the trash 😬
