Eating holiday treats

We should be able to enjoy treats that are only available during the holiday.

For me from thanksgiving until after the 1st of the year Costco sells tiramisu and I enjoy it twice a day til it's not sold until the next season.

Yes I am addicted I told my nutritionist that from Nov- Jan healthy eating is not something I will do. My veggie is called tiramisu

My holiday weaknesses are eggnog and pumpkin pie. I don't like the taste of coffee so I'll pass on the tiramisu (literally translates from Italian to English as "pick me up" In case anyone is interested.)

I didn’t know that, I will tell my hubby as he likes it. 😊

I don't know why my PCP bothers to test my lipids any time between November to January. But I'm going to enjoy a treat now and then, no matter what how the numbers growl at me.

I have an awesome recipe for pumpkin roll that I make to share with our friends and neighbors. I always get rave reviews and if anyone is interested, I will post it.
