Things that I take for granted

Somebody asked me a question today and I thought the answer was obvious, but then I thought maybe I am a little different, so I should make a better effort at talking to "YOU"

#1) I have Relapsing Remitting ms (RRms) for 20 years now, I live with a woman who has had it 23, Chances are if "YOU" have RRms I have a good idea what I am talking about. If "YOU" have primary or secondary progressive. I probably do not know what I am talking about, so ignore me.

2) Everybody's ms is different, yes I know, but the basics are the same. The techniques that have helped me may very well help "YOU" Maybe not but it may spark an idea in your head, a different way to look at things.

3) I am not now nor have I ever been a trained Doctor of any sort, If its medical information or advice I am NOT the person to give it to "YOU", maybe I have an idea, but what I say is just advice, so take it for what "YOU" feel it is worth.

4) I do have feelings, so as I try to, temper my sarcastic ways so as not to insult "YOU", please show me the same courtesy. I really enjoy my writing and as I have said. It is really meant for one person and that person alone. If "YOU" are that person today I hope I helped "YOU. If it does not maybe "YOU are not the person today.

5) I will "ALWAYS" attempt to minimize RRms in my writing. It is not because my or your RRms is trivial. It is because I strongly feel that there is strength in words. Constantly Fighting a monster to me is a lot harder than managing a situation. Managing I can do, that is easy. Fighting a monster for 50 + years might be rather more challenging.

Okay, you read this far so thank you have a nice day and I will try to be in a better mood next time.

Royce,

I find it next to impossible to determine how someone might interpret what I have written. So, I write thoughts and hope that it gets the point across without offending too many :-D

Keep Smiling,

Carole :-D

we are all grownups so we should actually try to be sensible sometimes, not often just sometimes.

I guess it is my duty to make my words as clear as possible. I will keep working on that.
