Thanks for sharing 👍 Got my flu shot two weeks ago 🙏. I have been getting them for twenty five years and no 😷 flu. My throat specialist, oncologist, neurologist, and pcp all recommended it. 👍🙏🐾. Ken
Thanks for sharing the article. I appreciate the reminders of what I can do since I'm one of those that don't get the flu shot ☹️👍
Had my flu shot 2 days ago xxx
thanks for the info. Got my shot 2 weeks ago
Got mine about a month ago.
Thanks for the article greaterexp . I got my shot last week.
First year got my flu shot 10 days ago, glad I did! Found out it is NOT a live virus, the only immune shot that has a live virus is shingles, you can still get it if you had chicken pox in your life,I also got a shingles on a different day ,ask your dr.
There is the older shingles vaccine, which is a live virus and not recommended much anymore. The newer shingles vaccine, Shringrix, is not a live virus, so is generally preferred, especially for folks like us with health issues.
There is the nasal spray version of the flu vaccine, which is a live, but weakened version and not recommended for many people, especially those with health problems.

I’m glad you got your vaccination according to your doctor’s recommendation. Stay healthy!
I got mine just over a week ago. As i am usually very illl when I have flu, this seems to be the best option for me even though the vaccine isn't effective against all strains of flu.
