Choices will be made, decisions entered into, incredible joys and sadly the occasional heartache. Our ms journey, like our lives, is not all rainbows and fairy floss. "YOU" like I will be given situations that will test "YOU". Very very hard, that is when you close your eyes put your head down and ask yourself can I do this, can I bear the .... ? The answer my friend is always "YES". There is only one thing that "YOU" have to believe in and that is "YOU" and maybe gravity

Just take those words, "I CAN I WILL I DO this ms". The strength and will are always within you. Sometimes "YOU" may get a little scared and doubt it for a moment, but it never left "YOU" it is always there. ms is sneaky and mischevious, even diabolical, but within "YOU" is the strength and will to carry on. This is not an and or even a new beginning.

This just is. We all have ms just because. "YOU" will succeed because success is within you no matter what ms throws at "YOU" Be gentle with yourself and .just do what "YOU" have to do to live your ms life, well.

MS definitely will help all find their inner strength, if they wanted to or not. Such as I never thought "How strong am I?" MS shows me everyday that I am strong.

Don't let it beat you. If you feel you can't handle it or bite off more then chew.

It's not going to hurt anything if you can't get it done you can get someone to complete it. It will give you the satisfaction that you attempted it and if you can complete it on your own it's working through the pain and sickness and lets you know your still valuable.
