Fell again

Yesterday morning I missed the whole wall trying to grab it and fell and then I tried to sit in the chair and knocked it over and fell again crazy day yesterday now today I have a headache bad 😞😪

I am always afraid of falling. Headaches after a fall? Perhaps a concussion.

I used to be a wall walker, too. Furniture was arranged so I could crutch through the house. I'm so sorry you have to go through this. Ask your doctor to check your Vitamin D. That helped me immensely.

I do not think the headaches are from falling I just think it's the MS the falling I landed directly on my butt
