Neuro appointment

So... I'm going to ask about Ocrevus. Anxious to hear her thoughts since she has sort of a different school of thought about SPMS & progression.

Please share what she says about Ocrevus and SPMS. I also have SPMS and my neuro is a bit wishy washy about its benefits for SPMS. I see her next month.

I have SPMS too and my neuro is not that optimistic about any DMTs. She is keeping me on Copaxone because she said there is not clear evidence to show the change from RRMS to SPMS. You might have relapses while you transition to SPMS.

I transitioned to SPMS approximately 5 years ago. Stopped taking Copaxone because I hadn't had a relapse in at least 3 years before.
