Neuro Appointment

Well, today I am going back to see the same Neuro I saw last fall. The only option I have right now, due to insurance and transportation issues. I can't find an MS specialty neuro here in Michigan that takes my insurance. Trying to get my health plan changed with "disenrollment for cause" form. I'm going to demand that he orders an MRI of my ENTIRE BRAIN AND SPINAL CORD this time, from brain to butt!!

My neuro just ordered brain Cspine and tspine. I hate MRIs but you gotta do what you gotta do with the crazy monster that taken over our bodies.

Good luck getting you what you need. These insurance companies can be a pain.

Thanks, Doubled51 ! IK, the biggest thing for me right now is transportation to my PCP. She is outside of the city I live in, and the damn transport company keeps cancelling/denying my rides and I don't find out till the last minute. They say it's because they don't have a driver available or have a vehicle down. I called my insurance and asked them to arrange my rides with a different transport company. They told me to contact DHHS because they only use that one for medical transportation. Uggh 😵😠

Yeah it’s really a pain when you can’t depend on away to get to your appt. I don’t know what they expect you to do. My only problem is my dr and the hospital where my MRIs are done is 80 miles away. With this fatigue I’m having my appt last Thursday was a long journey.

Thanks, me too! I can't keep making appointments and cancelling them because my transport didn't show up! 🙅
