Pain Relief

I have an ointment I use that is fantastic!! It helps with sore muscles and back back pain.

It comes in crème and gel. I find the gel more helpful. For those of you who have back issues liked myself this is a lifesaver.

@erash Could arnica help “soreness” in spastic muscles? My shins, calves, knees feel tight and achy because spasticity has recently set in :-(

Yes, Arnicare has been great for my arthritis. I discovered it when I was massaging a sore knee and it helped my hands too. Also, Eucerin Calming cream is very helpful. Now if I could find something for my sore hips. I sure don’t want a hip replacement now with MS. Thanks for your suggestion!!👍👍
