I am sorry that we met, I am sure u r a nice person and I wish you the best in this journey. Beyond all the medicine and such, this disease boils down to 2 choices.
Do I do SOMETHING, or Do I do NOTHING.
Every time & with everything the choice is there, do I do SOMETHING or do I do NOTHING. it's life, yes you have ms but how do you want to face it. Because face it u WILL.
DO SOMETHING, take a Disease Modifying Dog, Keep extensive notes (this will slow down as u get more experience). I think they call it journaling or diarying, U know what I mean Track cause & effect on what u do, this really helps u not make the same mistake more than 3 times. EXERCISE, it may be challenging at first but it really is worth it. Find somebody to talk to, do not lock yourself away. Set the Alarm Clock and get up, go back to bed if u want but do get up.
Most important SMILE, just SMILE because u can no matter how silly u might look.
U have 2 choices live with ms or .... ms will get you but u decide how hard or easy a journey u take.
