I’m new, in my early 70s, and happy to be alive. Diagnosed with MS at 50. Primary symptoms are numbness (buttoning a shirt is a long term project) abs balance problems (carrying a glass of water across the room is a trip!) Can still exercise regularly. Would appreciate any suggestions, thanks.

Hi there Crookedline I was dx'd at 49, but I'm not 70 yet. Now, do you carry your glass of water on your abs? 😦😊😅😅

Welcome, to the family😊 All you need to do is ask , and someone here has been, been thro, or going thro, and they would be happy to help! And me!🤗
