Hi I’m Tammy! I’m currently on Ocrevus. Anyone else on this med and if so, how are you doing?

I’m on Ocrevus I am going to have my third dose in April. I don’t know what to say, I don’t really know if It has done anything but I do know that the weather has been driving me crazy because it’s either warm or cold. I hope the next full dose will show a differents.

I agree! The weather has been up and down here in Indiana. I do better when temps are warmer.

Just go to the newer post on the website and my ocrevus poll post should be near the top. Or you can type in Ocrevus poll in the oblong button that says search my msaa community and it should pop up.

Hi Tammy. I've had the first two half doses of Ocrevus. I don't notice much difference yet.

I didn’t have any ground breaking changes with my first dose either. But my neurologist said not to expect any until after your second or third. The weather here in Indiana has been up and down so it’s affected my symptoms. I do better in warmer temps.

Welcome! You may try to use the "Search My MSAA Community in the upper right hand of your screen, putting in Ocrevus. There are several folks here who keep us updated on their progress and experiences with Ocrevus.

I hope you have wonderful results and will add to the forum as you gain experience with it. We are so appreciative of information, especially first-hand!

I’m on it and so far I’ve experienced extreme fatigue this time for about 2 weeks. No other issues so far. How are you doing with it?

I’ve felt pretty good this past week. More energy it seems. I’m sorry you aren’t feeling well.

Hi Tammy, I’m due for my 4th Ocrevus infusion in April. I haven’t noticed any changes, although I do think my fatigue has gotten worse. I am 71 with SPMS so I’m not sure I am the best candidate for this drug. I have been told it takes a year or more to kick in. I wish you the best of luck. Linda

Thank you Linda. I have RRMS and I’m 53. I was diagnosed at 29. I try to stay as active as my body allows me to. So far I’ve done well on Ocrevus.

You have found a safe place to come and ask questions, voice concerns, or to simply speak to others who truly understand what you are speaking about. This chat room is full of some of the kindest, most considerate, and compassionate people I have ever known.

In reply to your post I am on Ocrevus and has been since September of 2017. I am do for my second round in April. So far so good I have not had any allergic or problems taking ocrevus but it's hard to tell if it's kept nice stable since I underwent major surgery in November when I had my right shoulder reverse replaced. I feel as if I'm getting stronger everyday and I hope that when I take the second dose good things will really start to happen. We had a chat remember back several months ago who had done a lot of research on Ocrevus. After lots of research she indicated the best results we're seen from Ocrevus after us 3rd or 4th full dose so about one-and-a-half to two years in.

Tammy, how are you doing on Ocrevus? I believe you have just inspires me to start a poll about that exact same thing! Please when you have time let me know how it is going. I hope to talk to you soon. The more you interact with us quicker you will get to know us and we will get to know you. We have much we can learn from one another. Remember Tammy, to get a hold of Jimeka, our birthday club ambassador, and give her your birthday in personal information so you will be put down as part of our birthday Club.
