bisquick quiche recipe

I was a few days late looking at this post, but would like to add some variations. I have and use a similar recipe once in a while. I usually do not have Swiss on hand, I use cheddar. Also in place of bacon you can use Canadian bacon, or pieces of ham, or open a small can of shrimp. For veggies you can also add some chopped red or green pepper or a can of mushrooms chopped. Feel free to experiment some. Also, my recipe says to put meat/veggies/cheese etc. in the pie plate then mix the other ingredients in a blender and pour over the top. Just do this close to the oven to lessen the chance of slopping. (Which I tend to do.) Enjoy!

I’ve made my own. You might try searching online for a substitution recipe. I think it’s mainly flour, shortening or butter, salt, and baking powder. It’s been a long time since I’ve made any, but I can look for my recipe if yours interested.

I wonder if pancake mix would work. They seem to have similar ingredients.
