I thought more about this "motto". With MS, it's also important to know when to give in for your health's sake and to tell yourself, sometimes it's ok to give in!

After living with this MonSter for over 12 years, I too have learned to know when to give in for my healths sake, especially in the heat. Heat has really bothered me a lot this year so I am happy enough to stay at home and ride my bike and do my floor exercises. And check this site daily!
