Thanks for all your advice and support. I tried out the sleeping pill last night. Verdict: no change. I honestly couldn't tell I took one. Felt like my sleep was the same except it took longer to fall asleep. Maybe it's because I was nervous. I'll try it a few times this week and see how it goes.

Sleeping pill update
Try Melatonin its all natural. I take 10 mg per night.
What did they give you again? StacyHayward
StacyHayward
i HAVE TO TAKE 15 MG RESTORIL AND 20 MG MELANTONIN, 40 MG ROBAXIN (ONLY MUSCLE RELAXER THAT DOESN'T CAUSE BLACKOUTS, FLEXERIL USED TO WORK GREAT), AND 700 MG MAGNESIUM, ONLY COMBINATION THAT FINALLY WORKED FOR ME
StacyHayward My original instructions for taking Temazepine at bedtime were to take it 1 hr. prior to bedtime. That's too early, but 30 mins. might work better, to get you sleepy. Best sleep rules say to not go to bed until you are sleepy. I wake up so early in AM, that I try to stay up as late as possible (hardly ever later than 10 pm), since I usually wake up around 4-5 AM, and then don't get back to sleep. I take magnesium 400 mg at 6 PM (at least 2 hrs prior to gabapentin), then at bedtime I take, fish oil 1000 mg or flaxseed oil (some pretty good stuff, although causes some gas issues when taken in daytime), melatonin 10 mg, gabapentin 200 mg, ropinerole 2 mg, and Temazepam 30 mg. This is my routine, and I'm stickin' to it! (Although, just today read in MS article, that valerian can increase the intensity of some drugs. Hmmmmm. Could a just little in chamomile tea add to my desired sleepiness? I will give it a try!)
