Excited! 😄 Coming Tuesday. They just have to add the 3-speed gadget to give me more resistance and stability. Did a trade in with my Specialized road 2-wheeler bike 🚴. Now, just need a happy puppy riding in the basket. 🐶

Yeh, as far as I know my trike doesn't float on oceans...but it would be cool if we could take a ride together. Freedom 1 and Freedom 2 😊

Erash, you're going to be cruising in style. My parents had one of those when they lived in Florida and truth be told they were pretty hard to Pedal. I hope what they are installing on your bike make that doable for you. Before you get your puppy to ride in your basket put yourself a little doormat or rug in the bottom of your basket so you don't hurt the little puppy paws as they get caught in the basket holes. That helps my little dog be a lot more comfortable when riding around in a cart with me.

It is a shame that you didn't get your wheels Before Christmas. You could have decorated up really sharp for Christmas! Take care of yourself. I look forward to talking to you again soon!

Oh, that's so exciting! I'm very happy for you. Was it a hard decision to give up your Specialized Road bike. I still touch and pump up the tires on my road bike. I will probably never give it up.. Got to start stretching myself and get back to spin classes in local gym..

Speaking of Gym, we because of age and health insurance qualify for the Silver Sneakers gym program. Awesome benefit of health insurance. Ours is AARP United Healthcare. Saves us hundreds of $$$.

I tell myself, just go out and do what you can. Because I'm not the competitive "athlete" I used to be...and I know moving is GOOD medicine! Take advantage of the silver sneakers and enjoy

I have a Schwinn 3-wheeler and added straps for my feet as my drop foot would occasionally fall off. I also put a front headlight, taillight, flag, and a horn👍. I think a flag is a must do 👍 Have fun and show us a photo 🤗👍🙏🐾. Ken

I always carry my cellphone 📱 with me and I have my snowmobile whistle in my pocket. It is so loud if you need help and startles dogs also 👍. I know everyone has suggestions on what to do 🤷🏼‍♂️ Have Fun 🤗👍🙏🐾 Ken
