Is anyone else having trouble signing on?

Thanks for pointing this out and for contacting HU Support, Jesmcd2 . Yes, it looks like they may be having some lag time on their platform for us today...and not just our My MSAA Community, but across all communities.

After taking a while to log on, if anyone is having trouble viewing certain public posts, maybe seeing them marked as “hidden": if you view them a second time or give them a few seconds, they should load completely and no longer be marked as “hidden” for you.

I have reached out to HU as well, and we'll get to the bottom of this!

Thank you johnMSAA It seemed that on Saturday and Sunday ppl were having trouble with signing on. Just wanted to make sure all was well again.

All - here is a message from HealthUnlocked Support:

"We've looked into the issue and it appears one of our servers was malfunctioning, causing some requests to be much slower than they should be. It should now be fixed, but please let us know if you continue to run into any slowness. Apologies for the disruption."

Yes, Yes, and Yes! Could you please bring this up to Administrators the next time you talk to them!!! When i sign in, it keeps treating me as a first time sign in or a newbie to the chat room! Help! Jesmcd2,, MSFighter.
