Anyone else loving life?

I have been very blessed to have my ms behave now for the past many months. I have been walking GREAT. I can actually wear high heels again! I have been off all dmt’s since 2016 and for me it was a life changer. I am not recommending it for everyone, but for myself it was the correct course of action. After taking meds for ten years, I knew the time had come to stop. I can actually feel myself getting stronger and more clear headed each day. I am incredibly blessed and certainly enjoying this wonderful time of life. My health is better than it has been since my ms symptoms started manifesting in 1990! May we all find joy and happiness in our rich lives, not dwell on negativity.

Please share with us how you find joy in simple daily activity! Much love, Kelly

Hi Kelly, it’s so good to hear you talking so positively. Only a year ago you were looking at wheelchairs and better pain management. How did you come off the strong pain killers? It scares me how long it will take to come off the opioids. On another note, my 2 grand dogs Razor and Ted, bring me so much joy. A breath of fresh air. Blessings Jimeka 🤗

I still take one pain pill per day. I just tapered slowly. So happy your doggies bring you joy!

I try to feel happy but right now dealing with my NMO disease. I'm trying to concur those demands and I know I was supposed to tell a happy story but I'm hoping one day I will be able to share my happy thoughts. Sorry to be a downer but I'm very happy for you. Continue to stay positive and bring joy to everyone. 🤗

I’m so sorry that you are struggling. Just know that we all deal with difficult issues, and it is fine to vent! Keeping you in my thoughts.

I understand that I'm not alone, so I appreciate what you're saying. I will try to look on the bright side of things. I love my MS family because we take on difficult challenges and Concour.
