I saw this and had to laugh. My nickname is Goofy Shelly. I lost my mind somewhere and I can't find it!

Unfortunately, it is putting me at a crossroad right now and I'm pursuing disability. Can't afford to lose my mind...others lives are at stake in my job. Happy to hear how others have coped with this?

By making sure everything is written down. Appts are put in my phone, calendar in living rm and the wipe off board in the kitchen. If they arnt all there l will forget ugh :)

Same same here. just learning not to be so frustrated with myself and this oft time frustrating dis-ease!🙏🏼

Do that too. Wish my life was that simple. Too many distractions that others feel are urgent (and mostly are) when I'm trying to focus on a task.

You're still working, right? Goodness, I hope I've got this right and aren't confusing you with a dozen others. (I need a spreadsheet to keep my friends straight here! Seriously. Talk about confusion and brain drain!) Anyway, a work environment is SO different than distractions at home. I couldn't work because of that issue. But an MS friend of mine worked until he retired when he wanted to. MS affects us all so differently. I wish I had an answer for you. I have to write everything down. But distractions, questions, putting out fires, etc. defy every list I've ever written.
