PAIN IN LEGS SPINE ARMS KNECK - Cervical Myelopathy
PAIN IN LEGS SPINE ARMS KNECK
Hi keiton, I have a cervical spinal stenosis that I thought was the cause of many symptoms such as you have described within my own body. I also found out at the same time that I was very low in B12 which is easily tested by a GP. I have been injecting B12 ever since which has helped enormously. B12 is needed to repair the myelin sheath around your nerve pathways.
Hi Keiton, If you want ideas and pain reliever suggestions you may want to visit Myelopathy.org. We have Podcasts that provides information such as:Best Diet Options such as an anti inflammatory diet.

For example instead of pain pills I try to switching take an NSAID, like ibuprofen.
We also have a Facebook group if you are not already a member you can join and talk with others in your situation. It is Myelopathy Support.
Thank you so much Sheila your a star but unfortunately anything with ant inflammatory makes my stomach bleed. My hands now are really shaking and I seem to be throwing things from my left arm the back now is horrendous as for my legs especially my knee needs something doing with it as walking with a stick seems to provoke everything at the moment I have . I am due next week to see a new consultant as the knee consultant has told me all these conditions are from my back and finally he said a new knee should be replaced I am so confused it is really getting me down.
Have you tried the anti-inflammatory diet that is recommended for people with Cervical Myelopathy?
