Scalp pain, hyperpigmentation, pimple....

I have dry chapped knuckles and back of the hand. Cracked, dry heels and plantar surface of my foot.

Extreme scalp pain and itchy scalp.

I am trying out socks and gloves at night after applying vaseline it seems to be working.

No idea what to do about the scalp pain.

If anyone knows how to fix scalp pain please let me know.

Also, every month I get 1 or 2 giant pimples that refuse to go away. I've tried everything and nothing seems to work.

I've had a pimple just to the right of my lips between the cheek and chin area for 2 weeks now and there is still a bump. It is much reduced and not painful anymore but it is a hyper-pigmented bump.

I also have 2 hyper-pigmented patches on my cheeks that popped up in 2021 and refuse to lighten or go away. They make me feel bad about myself and affect my self esteem.

Sometimes the hyper-pigmented areas get uncontrollably itchy and I just don't know what to do with them. Cold compress has been working to help with the itching though.
