Painful skin irritation

The past day I noticed a sore spot between my buttocks right up the top. I live in a hot country and the sweating has already gotten that bad I sweat everywhere.

I had a look and it's a bit red on both sides of the skin but not outrageously red. It does hurt, it hurts to touch and I've been putting Bepanthen on it. But I can't even sit properly without it feeling uncomfortable and then I just keep sweating.

Has anyone else had this before? I can't get into a doctor to get it checked, at least not until early January 😔

Oh dear not sure what to suggest ... is Bepanthen antiseptic as I would be tempted to try that in first place.

I've found some cream that works for athlete's foot but can also be used for intertrigo which is what I'm suspecting this is. So I'll give that a go and see how it goes.
