Need advice on recent mark on my leg

hello, I’ve got what ‘looks like’ an insect bite on my leg but the surrounding area is not like what I’ve seen before and need advice on what people think this could be and wether I require any emergent care etc…

as I stated it is recent as it has shown up today, I did have the same bite like mark on my leg about a week ago, roughly in that same place… without the surrounding area… although I don’t think these two are linked, I thought I should point this out

Did you go to/consult your GP on insect bite? Might be worth consulting on this apparently new development as may be linked, even just to rule that out?
