Hi Lilyeti, if it only happens after jogging then that is the trigger to your problem I'm afraid. The chemical reactions our bodies produce in responce to exertion and/or stress can cause strange reactions. Are you wearing close fitting clothing when jogging like lycra? have you tried loose fitting clothes so the body can breath and cool down as you jog? Do you need to jog as part of your training for another sport? Sorry for all the questions, maybe a less intense form of exercise that doesn't make you so hot and sweaty but is still a good form of exercise and again in loose fitting clothes to help keep the air circulating over the body. I know if I get hot and sweaty I break out in a rash so I now do gentle forms instead like stretching and light weights at a slow speed that make the muscles work. It's amazing how much you can feel your muscles working when you hold a small bottle of water in one hand and very slowly raise it up the side to above your head to the slow count of ten and the down again counting to ten slowly and there are many types of things you can use including with your legs. Also try to exercise in the coolest part of the day such as early morning, I also find early morning the air is cleaner, less dusty and not too polluted. Good luck with finding what works for you.
