What are these itchy bumps? (Pic attached)

Woke up and my arm was really itchy. After itching these bumps showed up. The redness around the bumps was from the itching but it leaves these raised white bumps for a short while.

Nothing to squeeze out or anything just really itchy!!

I do have eczema that is triggered by contact with irritants or stress so could be an allergy to something but i don’t really get it anywhere apart from my face, armpits and rarely the bend in middle of my arm.. also haven’t changed anything I’d usually use.

Does anyone know what it is? I know it won’t be anything bad, just curious!!

Thanks!!

It does look a bit like a reaction to something or other and the itch is the clue!
