Pimples on chest - how to get rid of them?

Hello,

I would like to ask for any advice how to get rid of this pimples/ingrown hair or what is it, from my chest. I am skinny guy who shave his chest, not too often, but since last three months I have this pimples that just don't want to go away. Some of them are pimples, some of them had ingrown hair, some are just bumps which when squeezed really hard let a bit of blood. They are constant here and there is no sign of them going away and it makes me bothered a lot, and damages my psychological and social life with girls.

I tried not to touch anything id didn't help, I tried putting Nivea creme it didn't help, I tried soaking in really hot water it didn't help, I tried with 2% spiritus salicylatus also no help. I thought maybe it is inflammation or something, I changed clothes everything, it is still here...

Any advice and I would be very grateful
