Bumpy foot rash

Been suffering with this red bumpy rash that comes and goes . It's little bumps usually going to the back of my foot and it's only ever one foot. I know I do have dry skin . But that don't explain the bumps. It's extremely itchy when I go to take my socks off. Been going on for years

Wondering if its a type of pomphylx eczema, its a cluster of small clear bumps usually but characteristic is intense itch. check with GP x
