In the last month, I have developed unsightly milia (bulging white bumps) in the middle of my upper eyelids. I have contacted the top local dermatology center, and they say they will not do milia extractions on the upper eyelids over the eyeballs. Is there anywhere that does this, or is there something else I can do to get rid of them?
