Mole

I don’t know if it’s related to the mole I have on my back but I get these horrible sensations in/on my skin in the area of the mole. It’s a crawling, pressure being put on my skin, skin moving sensation. It’s tender when I touch the mole and it gets itchy.

Are you certain it is a mole? Do you have several of them or just one? Do you have any other skin lesions? Do you have any other health issues no matter how obscure? Bloating, intestinal issues? Bladder infections? Breathing difficulties? Sore mouth? Anything?

Pretty sure it’s a mole, looks like one. Several in the same area or in general? I’ve had some of those issues but not at the moment.

I would check it with your GP

I feel really silly going to the Dr just to ask about a mole

Don't worry about that, always better to get checked x

Don't feel silly! I would go to a specialist rather than a GP. But I asked because sometimes people with mastocytosis have several spots that come up on them and they describe some strange feelings and symptoms. That's particularly uncommon though and there would almost certainly be other symptoms along with it. You could share a photo here if you're interested to get more input. A specialist is the safest option however. Never feel silly caring for yourself, you should! You are loved!

With your phone in a mirror? Or have a friend take one?
