I am a licensed esthetician and there are treatments that will help you. Arbutin and Kojic acid are typical ingredients in skin lighteners. I wouldn't do anything without a full consult with you, but am confident I might suggest a series of light chemical peels and LED Light Therapy. Treatment would of course depend on your individual situation and concerns.
