I'm currently using dermalex rosacea cream which seems to be ok. I'm still trying to find out What the triggers are I think mine could be the cold weather.

Hi Dean, winter is really hard on rosacea skin..if yours feels dry and tight - make sure that yiu have water in the air at home if you have radiators...put washing eg towels on the rads...use a mild washing powder if you do this...lack of humidity is one of the worst things for rosacea....theres loads of tips on rosacea.ie under the blog section... best of luck
Using natural oils such as coconut oil and stress management helped me somewhat, but what really did the trick was laser treatment with the Cutera Excel V. My dermatologist recommended it, and it has worked wonders. Check it out cutera.com/product-landing-...
