Hi I'm new to this and wondering how other people manage there rosacea. I get flare ups now and then and feels like in flushing it's not a great feeling. I'm currently using dermalex rosacea cream which seems to be ok. I'm still trying to find out What the triggers are I think mine could be the cold weather.

Thanks for reading.

Hi Dean, winter is really hard on rosacea skin..if yours feels dry and tight - make sure that yiu have water in the air at home if you have radiators...put washing eg towels on the rads...use a mild washing powder if you do this...lack of humidity is one of the worst things for rosacea....theres loads of tips on rosacea.ie under the blog section... best of luck
