What is this rash

I’ve had this rash since Friday morning and it seems to be getting worse but I have no idea what it is can someone help me ?

Looks a bit like an allergic reaction but strange only one leg affected?

It could be an acute reaction to a new medication such as an anti inflammatory or beta blocker.

You could try a process of elimination of the medicine but should ask your doctor first.
