What is this rash?

I have had eczema all my life, but for 4 months I've had these rashes new rashes. They itch especially at night and when left dry throughout the day. They leak a transparent clear fluid. No cream has helped, not even hydrocortisone. What does this look like? I'm obviously going to visit the doctor soon.

Sometimes you over wash your hands and wash away the good bacteria Try not washing yours hands even after going to bathroom. Just for a couple of days. Because eventually it will become raw I’m not a dr. But had a situation many years ago

It looks and sounds a bit like pomphlyx eczema which can manifest as a host of tiny blister like bumps that sometimes group together and form the 'blotchy' appearance in your photo. Then they dry out and crack. It's horrible, I know. I had it on the palms of both hands a number of years agoand more recently on soles of feet.

those are water blisters. leave open and dry till they go away. may take 2-3 weeks. usually come from friction.
