I fell today and broke my foot and when I got home I noticed these little dots on my leg, they haven't got any bigger but I don't know if I've damaged it when falling or if it was there before? I'm so scared😭 They don't lighten when I press. I am 7 months pregnant

Vexed for you, maybe contact your midwife? Could be a wee allergic rash?
Since you are mentioning - "they don't lighten when I press" - it seems you are worried of meningitis? You can call 111 to see what advice they give? I can understand why you are worried as you are pregnant.
