Face and neck acne

Hi all!!

I have been having issues with white head spots on my neck and deep red infected spots on my face. I have tried lots of different shop bought creams/washes and scrubs but they only tend to last for a short time.

I went to the doctor today who prescribed lymecycline antibotics and epiduo steroid cream, I was wondering if anyone else had used either and if they made a difference?!

Thanks for any help!
