The inside of my foreskin is red when it sees any kind of use, i can retract my foreskin even when erect but it feels tight and uncomfortable and quickly moves back up the head of my penis. I also have what i thought to be fordyce spots on my shaft but it may be more serious. I know i don't have an STI due to tests and my sexual past but it's embarrassing and i want help.
