Single Oval Dry Patch - Psoriasis? Nummular Dermatitis? Pityriasis Rosea?

Hi - Does anyone recognize this?

I've only got one patch for 3 weeks. It's about the size of a quarter, very dry, not very raised and does not hurt or itch. But also doesn't heal.

Will see dermatologist soon but just wondering.

Thanks!
