I've been suffering from chronic idiopathic urticaria for over 15 years. My GP just shrugs his shoulders.. I swallow anti histamines like they're smarties, and its been a long time since I've had enough of clawing myself til I bleed.. It feels like I've built up a tolerance to the anti histamine, is that possible..?
Any solutions please?
Thanks

Dave are you in the UK ? If I were you I would insist on a second opinion as within your rights, & also ask for referral to allergy clinic. It could be an everyday chemical or something you're reacting to.
Sorry.......it's NOW " Neutrogena Deep Moisture Comfort Balm ". Quite the most soothing anti-itch I have ever tried over many years of recurrent urticaria.
IN HOEOPATHY , A MEDICINE IS AVAILABLE.Try to contact a good homeopathic doctor. But before taking that you have to knock the constitutional or idiopathic wall which stops that specific medicine to act .

HOMEOPATHY USUALLY ATTENDS TO THE CAUSATIVE AND TRIGGERING FACTORS . Any topical application usually drives the disease to vitaL internal organs AND HENCE TOPICAL APPLICATION IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
