Excema on face

Hi

I've just developed patches of excema on my face. I wondered if anybody has any tips on what products help?

I have flare ups of eczema on my eyelids and now use aveeno on my face. This doesn't sting my skin like so many others do. When it's really bad I use a tiny amount of hydrocortisone cream.

I don't get it on face now but used to when I was younger & i used to have Betnovate cream, it's a clear cream & it used to clear it up.

Recently I have had really dry patches in crease of nose for some strange reason & i used fresh Aloe Vera on it & it worked.

I keep as well moisturised as possible and then use a tiny scrape of 1% hydrocortisone like Trigger2. I get a wee patch just between nose and mouth, and sometimes eyelids, and between eyebrows. I use only water on my face.

Thank you all. It's the severe dryness. I know it's made worse by having sjorgrens. I use cetraben which is great but too much for my face. It's peeling like sunburn xx

I have found the secret is to keep as moisturised as possible using an emoilliant such as cetraben or Diprobase,and in case of flareups always take some antihistamines and some cream such as Hydrcortisone or Betnovate with you!!!
